Trigg in Tibet
Tibetan cartoon book - Political black humor, these cartoons bring the very grim reality in Tibet to the public eye, making us realize that beneath the measured language of human rights reports and veiled jargon of diplomats, Tibetans continue to suffer a military occupation as severe as anything in modern history. Published in 1992, in some ways out of date; e.g, Sadam is in some of the cartoons--but unfortunately still quite relevant. Contains some very unflattering caricatures, but it IS political satire.
